Solar cell contacting unit
This general purpose chuck is intended to be used
in self-made measurement setups.

- vacuum fixing of solar cells from 2 x 2 cm² to 21 x 21 cm²
- four-point contact setting with 4 mm plugs
- Pt-sensor for temperature measurement in direct contact to the back of the solar cell
- temperature control of brass chuck with cooling thermostat
- fast exchange of brass chuck for different solar cell types
- three contact-needle bars to provide uniform potential along the busbars
- flat contact-needle assembly for 3 busbars to be used with low currents
- parallel lifting mechanism to avoid lateral forces when positioning the needles
- photodiode to monitor light intensity
- motorized z-positioning (30 mm range) optionally available
